The proposed list of winners is fine for me.

Monamipierrot, my assumption is that our score is decreased as we are not formal winners. Personally, I don't have any problem with that, as I really don't care about ranking. I have fullfilled those success criterias I setup for myself at the start of the game, but those success criterias are a bit different from 'increase my ranking at any cost' :-).

(And no, I won't disclose what those criterias are... ;-) )

monamipierrot wrote:how does the score-ranking works? What happens to non-winners?
if I read this correctly:
http://longturn.org/ranking/

then:

1) new players to longturn.org start with 1000 points.
2) all losers of LT30 lose 15% of their current points. Ex: Adsynth loses 150 points from 1000, Terror loses 504 of 3358.
3) the sum of those points lost by the losers is divided among the 10 winners, each getting an equal share, and assuming the list proposed is accepted.

also, those who have not played more than this game will not show on the rankings. Bogus. :P

How is determined (by the game) the score of a RIP player? Why isn't it zero?

As ruler of the small and peaceful Venezuelan nation I didn't really influence the game. Any aggressor would have only little trouble to RIP me, so there is no cause to set me on the winner list. As a surviving nation not mentioned on the on the winnerlist I agree for myself with end the game and declaring the following winners: aloril, wieder, cgalik, munk, duncan_shriek, jhh, ollikka, kevin551, modeemirotta, elrik.
I suppose, that I am not the last non-winner agree with the winner list, as the (not) belonging to the winnerlist is not always as cleary as in my case.

Jhh got on the list because he is still alive and we survivors agreed to have him among the winners.

Hope the explanation was clear enough.

Best regards

There is actually some very valid points in having jhh on the list of winners. First, he is alive. Second is that England played a big role in uniting the world against our enemies. He was one of the players that was winning the war on the game chat. Yeah, really winning it on the chat. Thats has happened before.

The third point? It's the winners who write the history :D

"7 from TNS (aloril, wieder, cgalik, munk, duncan_shriek, jhh, ollikka), 2 from SB (kevin551, modeemirotta) and 1 from NA (elrik)"

I have no problems with this choice. Good to see Elrik made the winners list, learned a lot from him this game.

I've had more than 1 city a long long time and I reconquered some cities back in the end.

TNS won this game. I accept their victory. I accept their winner's list. My version of history is different. But so what.

Ok with the winner's list, long live the winners !

For info regarding the ranking, my previous account was «Pytoux». Zero seemed appropriate to start anew.

I was asked whether I accept the list of winners, in case there is some confusion about my permanent delegation to paveq and then to jhh. And yeah, of course I do. Congrats to the winners. :)

I don't care about winners list, as I have already surrendered. Just STOP bothering me with it.

My two cents.

1 player remains who is not on winners list and and has not accepted it or surrendered: monamipierrot

monamipierrot: You need to either 1) get yourself to winners list by getting somebody agreeing to swap place with you or 2) post acceptance of list here or 3) surrender game on forum. Sunday 18:00 GMT is deadline for any of these things to happen.

At Sunday 19:00 GMT you will get your biggest war in game if none of those has happened. You can of course declare war any point before that time and attack yourself first :P Of course if you do that, then war starts right then, no need to wait for deadline in that case.

In game terms this is quite early at T156 so if you want war, then you have 2 TC's to prepare for it, you can have any tech you want, just ask.

I didn't surrender and something interesting happened here in LT30 some minutes ago.
If you didn't see the action, here's a vid:

Thanks monamipierrot for fun battle, you conquered some cities during it and it took quite amount longer than I thought it would take.

akfaew, marduk: now everybody alive is either 1) on winning list, 2) accepted it or 3) surrendered

Are you OK with this and we can end game?

There are 2 options for ending I think?:
1) Everybody allies, game ends automatically next TC
2) Another voting round to get agreement on ending turn

I think option 1 is fastest if everybody who is needed to make alliances logs in the game and makes needed diplomatic proposals.
