Some possible new late game units for the follow up of LT40

We could add some new techs and units appearing after the fusion power. I'm not sure what the tech would be called, but it would allow an unique prototype stealth carrier and prototype stealth battleship. One player could have only one of each units and this new stuff would be invisible to other units except when next to enemy unit or city.

If possible, we could add another unique unit able to stay on air for 4 turns and also able to refuel other airplanes. Maybe just 1 or 2 of them. No stealth or offensive capability.

For land operations any player getting combined arms would allow all the players to build partisans. Partisans now have no home city are upkeep free.

And maybe for fun, with some modern or new future tech, each player could build one super spy unit. The super spy flag makes the unit to always win the diplomatic battles. Unless against another super spy when the chance is calculated as two regular spies fighting.

You can call the super spy unit "Putin".

Generally, I don't like the idea of unique units, but that's just me.

The unique units kind of have the same idea as the promoted units. You can have an Elite 3 unit but you can't just go and build one. The difference of course is that you can get more of those if you are lucky and willing to use the resources. I've heard that in some game the made nukes unique so that they wouldn't be too powerful. In this case those units would be just a small bonus to the player getting everything.
