At the moment all the players signing for LT39 have connected

This means that there are no idler spots for T1.
If there will be lots of players for LT41 we may start the game earlier than planned.

Slow down. If the people that sign up for LT41 are already playing 2 or 3 other LTs, there should be no urgent demand.

Yeah, of course no need to start a new game if the current ones are still running and the players do not want to play more games at once. LT41 at an earlier time would only happen if there would be lots of players signing up and also if most of the players would not be playing the current games. It's only a possibility.
