I didn't get 2 city radius increase wonders to work at the same time on LT40: resource agency + mass transit. I'll check more about that tomorrow. The current changes are on git if someone wants to check it.

Mass transit is, indeed, maybe not the best name for it but it's the current name and if a better name can't be found... Mass transit will be available with Railroad or with Industrialization. It's the 2nd improvement to increase city working radius. The other one is Resource Agency.

And the third one is House of Peasants (with Trade) but that's a small wonder and obsoleted with the Resource Agency coming available.

What exactly happened? Did you get a different radius than the one you expected, or got nothing at all, or the game crashed, or...?

Mass transit in current (first) LT40 test game does not increase city work radius, even if built without resource agency.
To be honest, it's the first time I hear it should. As help says, it shall reduce pollution.

The changes for mass transit are not yet there. This post was about changes that were made after the test was started. Then again I will most likely forget adding the city work area in steps. Weird stuff and probably best to play it safe.
