We now have "infinite" moves for nukes

Now the submarines can transport nukes. The nukes can also be unloaded and loaded on the sea. This allows the attacker to build a chain of submarines moving new nukes from one side of the world to another in one turn.

What would you say if the submarines could no longer transport nukes? Instead of submarines the players would need to use ships for transporting the nukes. Not really that realistic but from the gameplay point of view this might be justified.

We could still allow cruise missiles to be launched from submarines. The cruise missiles are not that devastating anyway.

Is it possible to make subs being able to transport nukes, but only load them at cities? So that a missile can't "land" on a sub?

I was thinking about it but probably not possible. Subs with nukes are a classic and it's a shame if this needs to be changed but the impact on the gameplay is not a small one.

I have now added one nuke to be transported on a battleship and up to eight on a carrier. Is this enough for a batrtleship or would there be need for two or more?
