I added the players who have signed up for LT38 and the players who played on LT37. Address lt38.longturn.org and port 5038.

The map is super weird but it will be changed for the next start.

This is a test game and can't be won. Also, please don't make complete kills. Players may want to login later and start or continue playing at a later time. Leave at least something (a settler) for the other nation.
