The test game for LT37 has been restarted (again)

Mostly minor changes.

Updated players list, map making costs slightly more and polytheism is easier to get making elephants more attractive.

We also had some talks about the map. Some people have proposed islands game. LT34 was an islands game and LT35 and LT36 continents. Would it be too soon to have another islands scenario? To allow early interactions on an islands game would be making map making really cheap. This would allow quite early confrontations.

We could test the next test game with those settings?
