Citymindist 4 or 5?

This is one of the most important settings for a game. Most LT games had a citymindist of 5 but the last two had it with 4.

Would you like to return to 5 as originally* thought for LT37 or shall we keep it with 4?

(* it was talked when LT36 begun that we just might return to citymindist 5 for LT37)

I'm generally against artificial limits. I'd set it as small as possible, preferably 1. Price for settlers is enough of a deterrent against smallpoxing.
