Score based rankings for LT36

Since LT36 will have a wonder allowing an embassy with everyone, we can get player scores at the end of the game. This will basically tell you how well you did in LT36 and it should be a nice way for people to compete against the other players. I'm asking the winner(s) to release this list when the game is over.

This will not replace rankings and it's just another way of looking at how did you do in this game.

The score may be independent from the winners list unless we decide it's not. I will make another post about this later today.
