El_perdator has not moved for a few turns now, after saying he was going to quit. So I don't think he is coming back.
Wieder, can you delegate his nation to me for now?
I'm not opposed to a new player joining if the rest of the team is OK with that. (And if we can find one..)

Otherwise a v interesting game so far...

I'll send him a mail and ask if he is coming back or not. If he will not reply very soon I suppose it's ok to delegate.

I hope you can post a short review of the game once it's over
