There are lots of small changes and even one new Great Wonder, the Trade Company.
Everything is untested and there is not yet test server available. The list of changes is currently only there.
The first draft of the LT35 ruleset is now online

So cities will never be size 1 after the first growth? Building a settler at size 3 will shrink the city to size 1 but it will always grow back to size 2. I'm trying to avoid adding too many new units because this is the last LT 2.3 game. Or should be
I could change the attributes for the existing units. How about that? The idea with the FB2 Armor is that Howizers have ruled the end game but now armors just might give us an alternative to that. I have no idea how to deal with something like that. I really wish I had the time to play LT35 since I obviously think we have some good stuff here. Probably. Possibly. We never really know before trying it out
