As perhaps all of you know Duncan disappeared some half a month ago. There is a chance that he will join us later, but very small. All emails sent to him were left without response.

Thus I am requesting Admins to open sign ins again to get one additional player, so that all teams were of equal strength (ie. 8 players).

Would it be possible?

OK folks, if anybody is belated and cannot sign in, but nevertheless wants to play LT32, please respond in this topic.

Team Shriek needs replacement for its lost member.

I am not am admin, but just a team leader in LT32 and it is OK with me.

In fact, we will statistically have 10% idlers, that we can replace with new people who want to play. Not sure what the process that will be agreed upon, but we should figure something out.

What will we do about idlers?
i won't make any suggestions, because whenever i do they are rejected :p...

Maybe we can do a player confirmation and anybody who doesn't confirm can be delegated to a team member (leader with the exception of Duncan's team) with the intention of replacing them with new sign ups (if we can get them)?

I prefer not to do idle takers, it is same situation like better or worst latecomers.
Lets do delegation form and after a mont of delegation players will be cut, city trade is enable so no big deal, team will split idle-player cities and will lost one player.
We have been choose a players for long time and we have had a chance to low probability of taking an idler.
Once you have idlers on your team you are going to take care about team by yourself.
What if anybody ask great player to join his team for taking someone who is not so expirenced?

Well, our team has found a player that really wants to join the game to replace our leader Duncan_Shriek. I'm sending a mail to all the captains to see if someone has any problem about it. The player is el_perdedor, a regular Greatturn and metaserver user.
Please, write a post expressing your approval or disapproval if you are a captain in lt32.

I don't mind if you use this player because you lost your TL but I agree with edrim that we should delegate for any other idlers.

What will be the process to identify idlers? Can we ask akfaew to delegate control of team members we think are afk to the Tasmanian?

I am glad team 6 is back up to 8 players.
