I Read that LT32 will be with teams. How will be teams organized? Will we choose who we want in team?

They are going to randomly assign teams based upon the rankings I think

Interesting. So can team leaders see the whole map when they place their teammates?

yes and I think they plan to play the game with map revealed but fog of war enabled
