A wrong setting with unitwaittime

Unitwattime is now set to be zero meaning that you can move again immediately after the previous turn. The normal value for it would mean that moving would be possible only after 10 hours of moving the unit.

Does anyone object setting the value to 10 hours?

I object to asking if people object. This is an important technical game setting that has breaking capabilities and should be fixed as soon as possible.

The unitwaittime is a critical setting and it will be restored to the normal 10 hours after a week. the exact date is unknown and that's part of the fun. but expect it to be restored sooner than later after a week.

Erm... I will slightly object to the "exact date is unknown"... I don't see why, but if others find it fun, oh well...
