Can we have an idea of who has idlers in their team so far? In our team, Nirti didn't connect yet.

He didn't connect to LT44 in last 2 turns either. And didn't reply to the messages.

Good idea.
I may not be available to delegate the idlers 12 hours before the tc. Because of that the teams could tell me about them in advance and move for the idlers only when there is 12 hours left.

I have a suggestion to replace Nirti. Could Buggy take his place?
I insist that all teams must agree on that before the switch could take place considering Buggy and Nirti are not the fairest switch. We live together so Buggy could not join another team (so that you guys don't suspect any info leaked). We played together in LT38 which I really appreciated

Also, I'd like to forward the idea about checking for idlers in every team, and if every team has one, just delete them (same number in every team).

Replacements can be done if no one objects them. In this game the competing teams can object and prevent the replacements if they think the replacement is not fair one. Like replacing with a too good player.
Meanwhile, let me know about the idlers and I'll delegate them to the current players of the team so that no nation will miss moving in T0. I'll also send reminder emails once you tell me about who to send to.
Deleting the players might be one option but maybe not now since that would result with creating "unclaimed areas" where nearby players would get an advantage. Instead maybe better to let the team members to move for the idlers so that the players can have a nation to play with even if they join few turns late.

Nirti played for somewhere around 90/100 turns in LT44, so I expect him to be back.
But yes Buggy replacement is fine by me. Not along the "it's perfectly fair" line but with the "it's fun to play team game with someone in your house" game. I did the same thing with my son before and was great fun. And this is all about fun.

I'm surprised my team is the only one talking about idlers. I thought there would be many in this game. It was the reason I wanted more test games. I thought that would help us find the idlers and delete them before the start. I agree with Wieder once the game has started it is too late to remove nations from the game.
I prefer a real player to be in our team rather than have a delegation so introducing Buggy is a great idea.
I don't know how long this will take, or whether other teams may object. Thank you cgalik for your positive "it's fun to play team game with someone in your house" comment.
I remember in LT32 one of the team captains Duncan Shriek disappeared after team choosing never to return. He had been a regular and reliable player beforehand.
I would like to take the delegation of Nirte from this turn until Buggy is approved, or longer if he is not. When he is added to the game he will be at the same level as everyone else.

Nirti is now delegated to Kevin.
There may not be that many idlers after all since we required triple confirmations from some new players. From people who were new to the game. Those who didn't reply with email, on the forum or with discord were not added. So far it looks like this worked really well. I haven't seen those players trying to connect who didn't reply back in time.

Wieder says "no objections" is needed, so here it is:
I asked my nephiew if he would be interested in trying out the game and he would be joining us on the Team Gadaf... I mean, Team Green, startin with T1.

Replacing whom?

Corbeau's nephew Dodo has replaced SKB. SKB may be back and if the replacement is objected, the delegation will be cancelled.
Let me know if Nirti is not back and I'll give his nation to Buggy. Also let me know if this delegation is objected. No need to do anything if it's not objected.

Wieder, can you delegate Nirti to Buggy as from T3? Thanks!

I'm also an idler. I won't be able to play in this game. Sorry! Have fun!

emilio, thanks for notifying us! emilio's team will probably let me know about who will take his delegation?
