While we are waiting I'm extending the signup time. The less known players probably need no list updates but we can do that if really needed. Should be relatively easy.

This because I'm not sure when akfaew is here to start the game. I completely forgot to ask if he was available to start the game.

With 39 players 'confirmed' as we speak, and probably more coming in the next days, couldn't we increase the number of teams? 7 would offer more diplomatic possibilities - as in the 60 years old board game Diplomacy ; it would also make a less anonymous experience (i took too little interest in the fate of 3/4 of Red team's 20 players).

Now that we have a script that helps automate player picking I don't see why not. If anyone desires to be a captain they should send their list of player preferences to wieder

Yeah, for this many players, I think 7 teams sounds good.

Question is, how many of these players were confirmed, I mean contact data of new players.

Am I too late?
My first choice is of course team wieder, I've always enjoyed those pesky East Germans.
If not please put me in Xandr's team. Black / Chaos - perfect for the pirate nation.
If I have to be a captain, assign me a random group of players and call us the rainbow nation.

We could have 7 teams.Anyone against it? And yeah, Kevin you are not too late since we had to postpone the start.

I was in hurry so I forgot to tell you that I'm not going to play LT45 so you'll probably get a team of your own. At least if we go with 7 teams.
