[Vote] Replays should be released at game end

Vote yes or no. Will be approved if 2/3 players vote yes.

If approved, a full replay will be recorded, down to unit moves and player actions. After the game is complete, the recording would be released, and a client for replaying would be developed.

I am not playing M3, but a replay feature sounds really cool.

Replays would be cool but this needs to be announced before the game is started. Just like it's done now. There could be games where the exact moves are kept as secret and ones where they are revealed after the game has ended. The anim maps for the past games were really nice.
