Giving up my spot

I think that I over extended myself by playing too many games at once. I'd like to delegate my LT41 civ to another player. Is there anyone who would like to play that just didn't sign up in time? There are only 2 turns missed so far.

This wasn't 100% obvious to me so I asked. If someone else is wondering about it: Mooreinstore has been playing his LT41 nation every turn and has not been idle.
