The game is about to start, and is currently full. But I expect there to be a lot of idlers. Very few players have logged on to any of the test games.
So. You are welcome to play on my team again.
Hopefully we can replace some of the idlers on the very first turn. It is 3*23 hours long. I think we should replace idle players 3 hours before the TC.

Let's see about the idlers. Most players usually don't do test runs and when they do, they often only do one. We had many test games for LT49.
Since this is an islands game it's not likely that anyone would be able to RTS or exploit playing more nations in the early turns. So, let's say it's ok for the team members to move for those players who have not moved in the first 23 hours in the first turn. The teams can decide if they should move right after that time or if they move just before T0 ends.
I'll add that top the game specific rules.

You login by connecting to the game as usual. With LT49 that would be:
host: longturn.net
port: 5049
and once you see the in-game chat (and pretty much only the in-game chat), you type this to the chat:
/take the-name-of-the-player-you-want-to-control
that's called /taking the player and it can be only done if someone delegated to you. You can see the active delegations from the game page.

If you would play for two players (your own and someone else)
you would type
/take your-player-name
on the chat. Or if you want to return back to the in-game chat only, you type:
/detach
