No more test games, the actual LT45 is going to start

The start will happen as soon as possible, probably in less than 24 hours. The 1st turn will be extended 3*23h.

Also please notify in the in-game chat that it's not going to be a test if it has started already.

The test games always have just few minutes for each turn. Check the turn timer if unsure.
