Game server restart

The game servers were not restarted last time. The restart will be done soon. The www site will be down while the server is down but will be automatically back when the restart is complete.

The games (LT39 and LT40) need to be resumed by hand. If all this happens fast then the current turn is not extended. However if it takes more time the turns will be extended.
