There is a new test game for LT40

If someone is interested testing it, you can now test the LT40 ruleset on a separate test game.

The LT40 test is slightly delayed. It's running but there is something with the delegations and also there were some trouble with the ruleset and now it's using classic instead of LT40. I'll update this when there is more to tell.
