Everyone can get an embassy with everyone for a low cost

The Atlantic Telegraph Company is a small wonder everyone can build. It will give you an embassy with everyone. You can now build it if you have a library in the city where you are building it AND you know the secret of electricity. The cost of this small wonder is now 60 shields.

This should make it really easy for everyone to know how you are doing in the mid and late game. That way you will know how you are doing in the game.

It's still 60 shields too much if you have an ally who will give you all this info for free.

I suggest give it some small real bonus, maybe +5 trade in the city where it is built.

Or we need sufficiently complicated diplomatic relationships that you might not be able to trust your ally with the info they give you. That's when the real fun starts :D
