LongTurn on Freeciv - web

In oredr to try to attract some more attention, and not to keep all eggs in one basket, I incited AndreasR to create a LongTurn setup on the FreeCiv - web. A test server has been set up and we're waiting for playes to join in so that we can test it (there were some trivial features that needed to be changed in the server system, and also some glitches upon joinup).

If everything turns out to be fine, maybe the test game can become the first LongTurn game on that server
