In my opinion, the delegation of at least 3 players on team red, is leading for unbalance attacks!
i propose that on next organized team servers, there must be added more strict rules about delegation!!!
to many delegations is leading to unbalance coordinated attacks

Kull, you are incorrect. We do not currently have "at least 3" nations delegating, we have only 2.
Paavo is away for a couple days and is currently delegating to cgalik. This delegation has not been used for joint attacks.
Evan had to leave the game due to personal reasons, and the delegation has been passed around a number of times. Drew, Maho, and myself have all been in control at various times, with myself currently in control. I mainly maintain Evan's nation for science and defense, but I have probably attacked from both nations at the same time at one point in the game. Is it not allowed to utilize all units available in an attack? Am I forced to choose a single nation to use each time I log in?
Communication amongst our team has been top notch. Although I (and Evan as delegated) missed out on the attack on Temmikael last night, my phone was keeping me up-to-date on the status of the attack. If your team is having problems with communications and team-work, then you will just have to work on that more next time.

i agree with all your comments...., besides it brings advantage and i already previewed this a lot of turns ago....i also thought (Me,Lord_P,Sigur,Dvgo,and rest of the team online) in delegate to use as advantage as well, but i do not to play like that...it is not fair, and we all agree in not do that!!!

Drew is controlling his own nation, check the logs. It is not obvious how to remove a delegation once it is set via the webpage. He was away for T137, see the note he posted at http://forum.longturn.org/viewtopic.php?id=585

They falsely claim that Cgalik is controlling both Drew and Paavo at the same time. Their only proof that this is happening is from http://longturn.org/game/LT35/ but I have provided in-game logs to prove that this is NOT happening.wieder wrote:So what's going on?

The problem lies with the fact that it is not obvious how to remove delegation once set, compounded by the fact that there is no logic in-place in the code to prevent this from happening. I suggest adding a button labelled "end delegation" instead of requiring the username be blanked out before hitting the "delegate" button. Furthermore, I would also suggest that logic be added to the "delegate" button to verify that the regent-to-be is not already a regent for someone else. I don't know python, but I will try to spend some time looking through the www code at https://github.com/longturn/www to see if I can find a fix.
Edit: I just tested how the "cancel" button actually works, and it works as I proposed the "end delegation" button would work. It looks like the simplest fix here is to just relabel "cancel" to "end delegation". I'm not sure why I thought it was more difficult to end delegation. I submitted a pull request for this change at https://github.com/longturn/www/pull/3
I have to read through more of the code to understand how to deal with the second part of the problem.

Not that anything needs to be added to sandain's post, but just to clarify my own position: I've delegated twice, once to sandain for about 10 turns, the other time to Cgalik for about 3 turns. Each time was because I was traveling, and I did not have any control of my nation while either sandain or Cgalik were in control. No one but myself has had control of my nation outside of those two times when I was away.
This is my first longturn game, and I'm not 100% sure of all the technical details of adding and removing a delegation, but if you look at the log you should be able to see that there was no superfluous switching of control of my nation (or any nations on our team for that matter).
