Suspicious restart of LW3

There is no chance to have 3 winners in LW3c, if you stay in your game with 3 players living in peace, then another game will end and you will be counted as a draw.

My question was:
In LW3c, it looks like cgalik has bribed Karak. Was bribing not disabled?

It was not disabled once we all started from one tile, it shouldnt happen, same as bribing cities.
I will disable it in LW4 maybe.
