In addition to me sigur and dvgo were online. Did one of you try to change the research targets when the game went down?Anything else special?

Yeah, unfortunately team pooled research is the only way to go with a a 2.3 team game.
I'll remove you from LT35 and CU in LT36
I'll open a forum for LT36 once LT35 has started. My guess is that LT35 will end sometime in November. Maybe it's a space race victory this time. The map is big and while it's possible to kill nations, a team can win with a space race victory. The space ships are not that expensive in this game and allies can help building it with airports.
The list of changes and winning conditions will be posted on the forum, hopefully later today.
I hope that LT35 goes well and we can use this ruleset as a foundation for the first 2.5 game.
