Temmakiel's buoy

I just saw new unit in lt33, there was something in water and once I clicked upon it with the middle mouse wheel button, it says unit is buoy. I never saw this before. IS it possible to build buoy's, - there is nothing in the help about it...

Buoys were certainly present in LT32 so I assume they still are. If you look under Help / Terrain / Terrain Alterations you should find the help.

Buoys have been around in Freeciv for a long time. They typically don't show up until near end game given how Radio is the tech required to build them.
