I have seen only one players surrendering and I don't recall us killing units from that player. Also, there has been time to surrender. While the rules say that there is 7 turns to do that, the rules don't say that it must be done only after 7 turns. You and Elrik have definitely been reading the topic and now you are saying something like that when you have lost all your cities????
Another question about rules is if a surrendered player can change his mind about doing that? Can a player actually un-surrender? I personally think it shouldn't be possible because the rules donät say anything about it and it sounds like reversing something you can't do in real life. Like a someone surrendering to the police. That can't be undone just like that.
"settler/worker/explorer/partisan only will be treated as RIP"
In LT30 there was a player with only 2 partisan units left. No cities. Nothing else. He came back from the RIP and managed to conquer several cities before the game ended :SS

Code: Select all
Survivor - if exist, survivor need to make a defeat post within 7 turns from claiming victory post (if victory post was set in Turn x defeat posts need to be posted within Turn x+7), then he will be treated as survivor, and get a major point to his account.
“Rebel” - rebel can say that he is not agree with claiming victory by his enemies, if rebel will not do it in 7 turns in forum he will be treated as RIP player and not gain any major points, if rebel defise the victory post, winning alliance need to destroy all “rebel” cities to end the game (t+37).
If there is a rebel post in winning topic you have 7 turns from start of winning post to kill all rebels, if you wont do it you can make another winning post after 7 turns. Winning posts with surrenders are some case of lottery, you should be sure that everybody that you cannot kill withing this 7 turns will post surrender (survivor).
I think me or akfaew can make a quotation with surrending or rebel post, this will be sorrending/rebel post confirmed and this cannot be deleted, because all players can edit or delete their posts.wieder wrote: Another question about rules is if a surrendered player can change his mind about doing that? Victory confirmed. With 3 points going to wieder and akfaew and 1 points from being surrended to Temmikael.wieder wrote:LW1a is apparently over and we have won. The winners have killed all the nations not surrendering or idling for at least 10 turns. The AI has one city left but that shouldn't count.
Can we get a confirmation for the victory?
