Where can i see which is the ruleset of LW1 and how can i read it?

I really need to read those rules. Can't anymore just guess those. Cant open that, somebody what software I need?

It is a tar gzip file. I would presume winzip would open it. You can also look at descriptions from LT32 (as the rules are adapted previous games).

You could also try using 7zip, it is an open source tool that can open these types of files.
