LT34 server maintenance today (possible downtime)

I just got this information message from akfaew, who got a message from Meshugga.

Some server maintenance needs to be done today and it may affect LT34. I was told that it may be possible to do the maintenance without shutting down the virtual machine LT34 is using.

However if that machine is shut down, the game needs to be restarted and before that happens, the game won't be available. The same applies to this forum. The exact duration of the possible downtime is not known. In any case, once the server is back akfaew needs to restart the game.

Meshugga is the one providing the servers needed for LT games to run. Thanks for that.

Not possible to save the game? Are we going to have another three-day Turn Zero?

The game is saved but the turn length depends on how long the downtime will be. In any case I doubt there would be a three day turn.

Apparently it didn't happen. But maybe it will happen at a later time. I will keep you informed if I hear something new about this.
