I am glad to see so much discussion.
But i abhor the mess.
So the need was there but yet unfulfilled.
May this be the site purely for admin announcements.

Confirmation will be activated by the admin 1-2 weeks before the game starts. It was designed to reduce the number of idlers so it should not be activated too early. But enough time should be given for people to confirm.
