New Admin - Wieder.

I want to introduce new Admin - Wieder.
In start of his bright way of administration he will take care about starting LT34 and keeping it stable and playable.

This is a honor and I will do my best to help making LT34 one of the most interesting ever on the Longturn but in the end of the day it's the players who make the game.

There will be lots to learn for me so be patient if everything is not happening instantly
