A regent required

Novice but ambicious leader of an empire (name of which is not known yet) needs a regent to govern the prosperous state sometimes for a turn or two for the probability of being distracted by some annoying matters (like, sudden uprisings of office chiefs). Well-written logs of ongoing and planned actions will be emailed in such cases (or, well, at least some email will certainly be sent during the day before).
