LT45 is postponed until September 20th

I forgot to confirm that our technical admin akfaew would be available to start the game. I just got a reply today and because of reasons beyond our control we can't start technical work before the end of the next week. This means that the actual game could start around September 20th.

We are trying to figure out something that would allow us to avoid similar delays in the future.

I'm really sorry about this.

Meanwhile, we can open the signups again even while I know this is super confusing to some or most people. I'll open them again tomorrow.

Hmm, maybe because of large number of players take the opportunity and reduce tiles/player? Otherwise could get to much of work.
