About the upcoming test game for LT39

I will probably include LT38 players and the LT39 players. Not LT40 players. If someone else wants to try this out, comment here or join.

LT39 has relatively low number of changes, at least compared to LT40. This is also why less tests are needed.

The test has not yet started. Another post will be made once it does.
