The test game for LT37 has been restarted

Few changes to the players list and crusaders are now only available with fundamentalism. Notice that crusaders have 5 moves, 20hp and attack and defense of 2. As long as a nation remains in fundamentalism there is no upkeep for crusaders.

This should make fundamentalism a relevant form of government in some situations. Opinions?
