The Longturn community is full of skilled people so I think many players would be able to help out. New admins could help Akfaew start and manage servers and fix bugs. You don't need to make a big time commitment, most important is that you're reliable and able to communicate effectively: when players report a bug your task is to talk with them to understand the problem and then provide Akfaew with just the necessary information to fix it, or if possible fix the bug yourself. I could also use an admin to help manage the forum, keep information on the website and the Freeciv wiki up to date and list changes in the ruleset at the start of a new game. This doesn't require technical skills, though html skills help.
Young IT-minded people may find this a useful learning experience, and in any case you'll be able to contribute to the improvement and growth of the Longturn community. Please send a PM to me or Akfaew to apply.
