[10:05] <wieder> SG1 will reach the end in one turn
[10:05] <wieder> it could be ended by hand when the time comes
[10:05] <wieder> not yet but in 24 hours
[10:08] <wieder> that was about 70 turn game ended right after Steel with a game ending wonder unifying Germany
[10:08] <wieder> if the next game is ww1 scenario, then maybe the game after that one should be a ww2 one :P
[10:09] <wieder> probably not, however :D

The German package, eh? :D

Well, since the topic mentions comments:

- too little space, too few cities, not much to do (a lower CMD may help :P )
- tech too fast; no war because, by the time you build units, they are outdated, you've wasted shields and gone behind everybody - this was critical , in my opinion
- I didn't see notifications for the first 6 Unification Wonders

That's the thing, the first six unification wonders are small wonders, so there are no notifications for them. One way to alleviate this would be by using lua script, but I'm not sure if all the necessary hooks exist to manually announce all of that.

But other than that, yeah, tech was way too fast.

No - the first 5 Bismark wonders had been built quite a while ago. We extended the game to have some fun attacking idler cities.
