New admins

Let's all welcome Wahazar and louis94 as new admins to our community.

Wahazar will be admining AU1 and if you have delegation issues, you can ask him about that.

Louis will not be admining a game now but he can also perform admin actions if needed and is also able to launch games if I'm unavailable.
